900 MW Solar Park, Rajasthan
A 900 MW solar park project in Rajasthan, this project required expertise in land acquisition, with an aim to acquire 20,000 acres suitable for solar and wind power plants. It necessitated meticulous planning and coordination across several aspects such as civil construction, surveying, environmental study, design, and the implementation of internal transmission systems. A significant component of this project was liaising with numerous organizations including RREC, SEC, MNRE, PGCIL, and STU.
600 MW Solar Park, Bikaner, Rajasthan
One of the largest solar parks in Rajasthan, this project was financed entirely by private equity without CFA, showcasing the director's ability to facilitate high-stakes investments. It required strategic selection of solar project developers through competitive bidding and coordination with various internal departments for successful implementation.


100-1000 MW Solar and Wind Farms, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Barmer, Rajasthan
These diverse projects ranged from 100 MW to 1000 MW across Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, and Barmer in Rajasthan. The director's responsibilities spanned from devising contracting strategies to analysis of technical, commercial, and legal aspects of the offers. Control over contracts in terms of deviations at the execution stage was vital, along with effective business planning to maintain financial integrity and project timeline.
1200 MW Solar Park, Burgula, Andhra Pradesh
Tasked with conducting a feasibility study for this massive solar park, the director effectively handled the logistical, technical, and financial aspects of the project. The endeavor involved potential venture capitalists planning to invest in the solar plant.


Advisory Support to Deloitte for Green Power Sourcing, Mangalore
Provided strategic consultancy to Deloitte for green power procurement planning in relation to green hydrogen production. The end-client was Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL), a subsidiary of ONGC, aligning with India’s decarbonization goals.
Technical Consultancy & DPR for Fiji Solar + BESS Project
Led the preparation of the Detailed Project Report (DPR) and provided end-to-end technical consultancy for a 10 MW solar project integrated with a 20 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in Fiji, supporting clean energy transition in the Pacific region.


110 MW Solar Plant, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
This project demonstrated the director's proficiency in managing large-scale solar initiatives in a captive mode. With a project cost of Rs. 350 Cr., this operation was a substantial undertaking that necessitated complex planning and strategic execution.
70 & 150 MW Solar Plant, Jodhpur, Rajasthan
Managed for Accolade Energy, this 70 MW project in Rajasthan's sun-drenched city of Jodhpur was a significant achievement. With a project cost of Rs. 255 Cr., it further exemplified the director's expertise in overseeing large-scale renewable energy initiatives.


400 MW Hydro Electric Project, Vishnu Prayag, Uttarakhand
This ambitious 400 MW hydroelectric project in Vishnu Prayag, Uttarakhand was led with a focus on ensuring a smooth operation and execution. Dealing with the complexities of hydroelectric power generation, this project showcased the director's competence in managing large-scale renewable energy initiatives.
